This place is in a great location, close to the station and within walking distance of the city center. The service at this hotel is excellent, with friendly and welcoming staff available 24/7. The room amenities are fantastic, including a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and cookware. The room itself is clean and tidy, with a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offers a bar and lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I was impressed by the instant repair of any malfunctioning equipment by the night shift staff. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends.

I think the younger receptionist could work on their customer service skills, as they didn't seem to know how to smile. However, the rest of the staff accommodated my requests as closely as possible, making my stay enjoyable.

Both my partner and I loved being there. The continental breakfast was savoury, staff offered fruit and toast.

The self, catering concept and easy, to, prepare meals were a great bonus. We enjoyed having the option to cook simple meals like baked potatoes and pizza in our room. the proximity to the town centre was also a huge plus, as we were able to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. And the grab and go breakfast, along with the unlimited beverages, made our mornings hassle, free.

Although the flat was clean and presentable, we noticed some areas of improvement. There were marks of water damage on the ceiling and some shabby paintwork on the walls and skirting.

Everything was very clean, its staff and location, plus excellent wi-fi. Plenty of food at breakfast like fruit and toast.

We enjoyed staying in the place thanks to nice location and rooms. All in all everything was really good, even so we had a bit small bathroom.

With the help of the approaching staff, we had an excellent stay. Came here for 2 days, the hotel was stunningly beautiful, it had perfect location next to the centre and restaurants.

The room at Roomzzz was spacious and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher and large fridge, perfect for a longer stay. The layout was also thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and convenient space. The complimentary continental breakfast provided a good start to the day. I would definitely recommend Roomzzz for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Approachable staff, clean bathroom & lovely beds - all for a lovely stay. Standard studio was the best. Breakfast with pastries, fresh fruit and toast was gorgeous.
